REDWOOD CITY, Calif., April 17 // -- Claria(SM) (http://www.claria.com/) announced the alpha launch of two applications, PersonalWeb Mobile and PersonalWeb Toolbar, which leverage Claria's recently announced Axon Personalization Platform. Both applications are designed to automatically bring personalized and relevant content to users based on their unique interests.

Axon enables the applications consumers use most to become more engaging. The Axon platform will be utilized by content providers with their own toolbars, instant messengers, Web sites, mobile or IPTV applications to provide the benefits of automatic personalization further engaging their users and driving higher value for the advertising they display.

For PersonalWeb Mobile, Claria partnered with GoWare, whose mobile publishing platform, called DoMo, gives content owners and application developers the ability to "mobilize" their offering by sending data to DoMo's open APIs. For Claria, the result is the dynamic and automatic rendering of PersonalWeb content into mobile-compliant Web pages compatible with the majority of Internet enabled phones and PDAs. PersonalWeb Mobile is easily accessed through the mobile device's Web browser.

The PersonalWeb Toolbar makes the most popular features of the PersonalWeb Home Page conveniently available to users as they browse the Web.
