FCI's Clincher connectors have become the standard by which other flexible printed circuit connectors are measured and, with these new features, will fit even more applications than before. The addition of polarization keys assure proper connector orientation to corresponding shrouded headers and active latching options protect against accidental un-mating from shock or vibration making Clincher connectors ideal for white goods applications. The new Clincher with active latch and polarization keys has been narrowed to mate with all industry standard shrouded headers.
