CHVC Awarded Monitoring and Video Conferencing System Contract with the National Land Resource Office for Liao Ning Province

Boca Raton, Florida - November 7, 2007 - China Voice Holding Corporation (CHVC) (OTC:CHVC-News), announced today that its Chinese Subsidiary, Beijing Techview System Engineering Co. LTD (BTSE) has been awarded a contract to provide a monitoring and video conferencing system for the National Land Resource Office (NLRO) for Liao Ning Province. The system will be used to extend video conferencing capabilities from the National Land Resource Office in Shenyang, to cities and counties in the province. The projected value of this contract is $265,000.00.
The function of the NLRO is to implement land and mineral use laws and regulations, and to manage, protect and provide for rational use of land in the mineral rich province. The NLRO is currently deploying an information network system to comprehensively improve land and resources management work by improving administrative efficiency.
