New Thin Film Chip Resistors Provide Exceptional Precision and Stability
AUSTIN, TX - Feb. 21, 2005: VENKEL LTD. has introduced a new line of Ultra Precision Thin Film Chip Resistors (UPTF Series) that have Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR) as low as 5ppm. The tolerance on these chip resistors can be as low as ±0.01% for all sizes. UPTF chip resistors provide exceptional precision and stability in various circuit applications.
The new precision thin film chip resistors are available in sizes 0402 through 1206. The resistance ranges from 10ohm to 500Kohm. 0402's are available with values up to 100Kohm and the 0603 size has also been expanded to include values up to 150Kohm. 0805 and 1206 sizes are available with values up to 500Kohm.
The operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C for these chip resistors and they are suitable for flow and re-flow soldering.
