CAMPBELL, CA - October 11, 2004 Jetalon Solutions, Inc., the leader in liquid chemical monitor and control systems, announced today the sale of its new CR-288(TM) System to a major semiconductor manufacturer. This innovative product is designed to provide a dependable, cost effective, point-of-use system for monitoring and controlling the concentrations of liquid chemicals. The CR-288(TM) is fully compatible with all liquid chemical manufacturing processes and is currently installed on Chemical-Mechanical Planarization and Wafer Surface Preparation tools.
"This new product has produced chemical source reductions of up to 58% in our early testing", said Ron Chiarello, Ph.D., Jetalon's Chief Technology Officer.
