CenterPoint Introduces New Line of Crossbows at The 2019 ATA Show in Booth # 733
Bloomfield, NY – January, 2019 – CenterPoint Archery®, is introducing a new line of crossbows at the 2019 ATA show. The 2019 ATA new product introductions for industry leader CenterPoint Archery include the Heat™ 415, Dagger™ 390, Amped™ 415, Mercenary™ 390 and the headliner, the CP 400™ (Powered by Helicoil™ Technology). This new crossbow series employs an intelligent and functional blend of both new and existing technology to provide premium performance.
CenterPoint Archery evolves in design and performance in 2019 with the introduction of the newCP 400 Crossbow. Utilizing blended technology via licensed Helicoil™ technology, along with a custom designed riser, cams, and stock. “Our team has redefined what is to be expected from CenterPoint Archery,” said Andy Fulton, CenterPoint Archery’s Director of Archery. “We have successfully evolved our crossbow models into very narrow, compact, easy to cock, and accurate hunting implements, especially so with the addition of the CP400. Our engineering team out did themselves with this crossbow.” At an incredible 5.75” axle to axle width when cocked the CP400 produces speed of 400 FPS with incredible down range accuracy. The CP400 packs a punch with 142 FPE, and with a compact length of 31.75”, the CP400 provides for ultimate mobility afield.
The Heat 415 At 12”(cocked) the Heat 415 exhibits an ultra-compact design and has outstanding performance, sending arrows down range up to 415 fps. The new Heat 415 features the Whisper Silencing System™ package with integrated string suppressors and silencers for an even quieter shot. It also features a CenterPoint 4 x 32mm wire reticle crossbow scope, a fully adjustable AR-Style butt stock and an oversized pass through fore-grip, delivering a customized and comfortable fit.
The Dagger 390 Crossbow features a narrow axle to axle width for compact mobility with aluminum rail and a shoot through riser which provides repeatable accuracy. The new Dagger 390 also features the Whisper Silencing System™, integrated string suppressors, string stops, and limb dampeners for a quiet, vibration-free shot. Included with the Dagger 390 is an adjustable tactical stock with adjustable cheek pad providing shooting and aiming consistency.
The Amped 415 is CenterPoint Archery’s ultra-compact crossbow. The Amped 415, when cocked is only 12 inches wide and contains the Whisper Silencing System ™, built in string stops and comes with an ambidextrous Parallel quiver. Coupled with an AR style butt stock with adjustable cheek comb and an oversized pass through fore grip the Amped 415 delivers speed and comfort in a compact package.
The Mercenary 390 features CenterPoint’s aluminum barrel design with shoot through riser making for a lightweight, high performance model with repeatable accuracy. The Mercenary also has a narrow axle to axle width for compact mobility with an adjustable tactical stock with comfort grips for added non-slip performance, as well as CenterPoint’s popular anti-dry fire trigger with an auto-safety mechanism. The Mercenary 390 also features the Whisper Silencing System ™ with integrated string suppressors and limb dampeners for an ultra-quiet vibration free shot. Also having a draw weight of 185 pounds and weighs a mere 6.7lbs. Undressed. The Mercenary sells as a complete field ready package including (3) 20” Carbon Bolts, Quiver, Rope Cocker, Rail Lube and a 4x32 CenterPoint Optics Crossbow scope.
