As its name implies, the GEAR KEEPER® Cell Phone/Pager Security Tether(TM) is designed to secure both cell phones and pagers to the wearer, without inhibiting their use. The heart of the device is a gently spring-loaded, 28-inch nylon-coated steel cable, which retracts into its attractive GEAR KEEPER® housing. Its stainless steel spring-clip allows the housing to attach to virtually any pants, belt, or purse; the retracting cable attaches to the electronic device's lanyard loop via a five-inch lanyard on a patented quick-connect system for easy removal.
