SecureCam®, a new ultra-heavy duty CCTV camera housing, designed to protect cameras at terrorist targets and high-crime exposed locations was announced by SecureVue Inc., a manufacturer of stainless steel security hardware, and a longtime specified supplier to the N.Y.C. Transit Authority.

A video camera's orientation or "aim" is vital - deflection as little as two degrees off its surveillance target negates its effectiveness. The SecureVue camera housing safeguards its preset bearing with a unique tamper-resistant bracket mount that aligns precisely on horizontal and vertical axes. It locks into place by a proprietary hex wrench so that its positioning cannot be altered by manual force, yet easily unlocked and reset.
