The introduction of AgileCourt(TM) offers industry-leading flexibility and innovation to court case management with a business rules-based software system that helps manage and automate rules set by regulation and policy. AgileCourt will be unveiled by ACS at the National Association for Court Management (NACM) conference in Chicago on July 11.

"Courts need the ability to quickly and efficiently share, access, and apply information to new and changing court operations," said Ann Kieffaber, managing director of ACS Government and Community Solutions. AgileCourt represents one of the most advanced case management solutions in the U.S."

The key components of AgileCourt include a flexible architecture that provides an exceptionally adaptive and scalable foundation; an integrated rules engine that enables courts to adjust to changing legislation and constituent requirements; and an intuitive design that is easy-to-use, without requiring extensive training.
