Cascade Technologies Breaks Price/Performance Barriers and Broadens Applications for High Resolution mid IR Laser Systems

Cascade Technologies, the world leader in Quantum Cascade Laser applications, has announced the release of a new generation of compact affordable high performance laser systems and Quantum Cascade Laser sources. The company, expert in spectroscopic techniques and the development of high speed multigas analysers based on the integration of mid IR QC lasers, introduced their new high performance/low cost system alongside a series of Quantum Cascade lasers with wavelengths spanning from 4 to over 10µm. The laser system - including a laser - is selling for under £10 000 ($20 000) and includes Laser head, electronics control module and software.
In addition, a new range of cost effective 4 to 10µm Quantum Cascade Lasers is now available from Cascade Technologies.
