Original Press Release:

Carbide Burs Match Application Requirements

A new line of carbide burs for weld and metal removal, weld preparation, deburring, chamfering, edge breaking, and for creating radii is being introduced by Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, Massachusetts.

Rex-Cut Carbide Burs feature head designs that include standard-, double-, non-ferrous-, and heavy duty-cuts and come in cylindrical, oval, ball, ball nosed tree, and tapered shapes to match specific application requirements. Suitable for use on hard and soft metals, they are torque-tested and avail-able in a wide range of industry-standard sizes with 1/8" and 1/4" shanks.

Heat- and wear-resistant, Rex-Cut Carbide Burs' head shapes match specific needs. The standard cut is recommended for deburring, weld preparation, and metal removal on steels, stainless steels, copper, cast iron, and nickel alloys; the double cut is faster, finer and smoother; and the non-ferrous cut has wider teeth to reduce clogging.

Rex-Cut Carbide Burs are priced from $4.00 ea. (list), depending upon style, size, and quantity. Literature is available on request.
