Capri Lighting Launches QuickLights® 180: Time is Money Tour Hits the Road on March 23, 2009

TUPELO, MS (March 23, 2009) - Capri Lighting proudly introduces the Quicklights® 180 downlight. This downlight is Capri Lighting's upgrade to its original, tried-and-true Quicklights® design. This revolutionary downlight, available for incandescent and compact fluorescent lamp sources, anticipates possible ceiling interference and addresses it with a patent-pending movable junction box.
With the simple press of a tab, the junction box on the QuickLights® 180 can be moved from the right to the left side and vice versa, making it ambidextrous. The movable junction box also allows for easier below-ceiling splice inspection and maintenance while satisfying most installation challenges facing today's electricians and contractors. Intended to be used in residential and light commercial applications, The QuickLights® 180 fulfills all IC/Non-IC and Airseal(TM) requirements. With its innovative design, QuickLights® 180 dramatically reduces the time required to install and wire traditional downlights from an average of 4 minutes to a mere 30 seconds.
In order to demonstrate the ease of installation and other features of the QuickLights® 180, Capri Lighting will kick off the Time is Money Tour on March 23, 2009. The Time is Money Tour consists of a truck and trailer tailored specifically for the QuickLights® 180 downlight and will make numerous stops across the country in order to get the product in front of the customer. The 36 foot long gooseneck trailer is customized and will allow for contractors, electricians, and distributors to install the QuickLights® 180 while learning about the features and benefits of the product.
