[Fairfield, NJ - Electrophysics Corporation announces the release of the EZTHERM PRO camera, an ultra high performance thermography system that boasts superior image quality, wide measurement range, intuitive user control and an IP-54 rated lightweight housing. The system features a flip out 3.8" LCD display that rotates to make viewing overhead and floor level apparatus comfortable, voice recording, 180 image memory card and advanced Li-Ion batteries.
Incorporating a state of the art 320x240 (76,800 pixels) microbolometer focal plane array with <80mK sensitivity, EZTHERM PRO delivers sharp high resolution images with 400% better image detail than 160x120 detector based thermographic cameras. This also results in, at least, a 4X improvement of distance to spot size ratio. A wide range of optional lenses including a 3X telephoto and a wide angle lens for use with electrical cabinet viewing ports, a Fire Wire real-time digital high-speed interface and ReportIR, our powerful report generation software package, will ensure that EZTHERM PRO is configured to meet all your thermographic inspection requirements.
Created with ease of use in mind, the EZTHERM PRO Windows like user interface makes identification, analysis and reporting of a wide range of thermal anomalies quick and effortless. Powerful in-camera analysis features include up to 10 spot meters, isotherm indicator and line profile. Automatic brightness and contrast control along with 14-bit image format ensures that field data collection is always performed properly. This makes EZTHERM PRO ideal for a wide range of thermography applications including, electrical and mechanical inspection, roofing and building inspections and process monitoring.
