TTI ANNOUNCES LICENSED VERSION OF ITS TRANSLATION SOFTWARE

Also Announces Commencement of its Early Adopter Program

Spokane, WA-February 26, 2002-Translation Technologies Inc. (TTI), provider of fast, accurate, and fully modifiable computer-aided design (CAD) translations, today announced the upcoming dEbut of the licensed version of its Acc-u-Trans(TM) software, as well the commencement of its Early Adopter Program.

This announcement heralds an industry first amongst translation providers: companies seeking an interoperability solution will now have a choice of either outsourcing their translation needs to TTI by paying on a service basis, or licensing TTI's software outright for their internal use. In some cases, companies may select a combination of both options.

TTI's announcement is preceded by a year of providing its service-based translations to customers in the engineering and manufacturing industries. Hailed as "innovative next-generation translating software" by Computer Aided Design Report industry critics, Acc-u-Trans improves the efficiency and quality of CAD interoperability through feature - based native CAD translations between four of the major CAD systems-CATIA, Pro/ENGINEER, SDRC I-DEAS, and Unigraphics, with additional systems planned for this year.

The licensed software, named Acc-u-Trans CSI (Customer Site Installation), is a fortified version of the original Acc-u-Trans software, and includes a graphical user interface and an extensive on- line support infrastructure.

"It has always been our intent to offer Acc-u-Trans as a licensed product," stated Dr. Fred Zucker, TTI's CEO. "Rather than releasing Acc-u-Trans when it was first developed, we chose to work with it internally for over a year by providing translations to customers on a service-basis. This has given us the opportunity to utilize the software in a vast array of circumstances. Both our developers and Acc-u-Trans operators experienced first-hand the strengths of the software, and areas we needed to improve upon. Because of the intimate knowledge we gained during this time, the licensed version will be that much more robust."

In conjunction with the announcement of CSI's debut, TTI announced the commencement of its Early Adopter Program, which provides training and support during the use of CSI software for a specified evaluation period. The purpose of the program is to provide participants with a useful head start over the general marketplace in employing feature - based native translation software.

Companies qualifying for early adopter status will have the unique benefit of being able to influence future direction and product priorities that may be advantageous to their improved utilization of the product. Program participants will also receive CSI pricing incentives. In exchange for these benefits, participants will serve as a customer reference to key industries.

"The uniqueness of Acc-u-Trans is that it allows users to move designs between various CAD systems with parametric history intact, while ensuring verifiable accuracy," stated Tom Kopinski, executive vice president. "Because of this, we've had great success with our service - based model. The introduction of CSI is a harbinger of things to come for those seeking the ability to communicate within the 3D CAD world."

The deadline for round one applicants of the Early Adopter Program will close Friday, March 15. Companies interested in TTI's Early Adopter Program are encouraged to contact TTI directly.
