Highland, IL-The Redi-Rail(TM) system from Cooper B-Line, with its remarkable versatility, offers the ideal cable tray solution for electrical power, voice, data and video cabling specifiers and installers.
Constructed of lightweight, sturdy aluminum and loaded with unique features, which translates into speedier installation (field installers report a savings up to 40 percent compared to steel cable trays), Redi-Rail offers two-side rail cable protection with a wire fill area free of splice and hanger rod bracket hardware, ensuring no sharp edges come into contact with the cable load. Redi-Rail features multi-functional, pre-punched holes for splice plate hardware, rung movement or removal to accommodate large bundle cable drops and other accessories, allowing for field cutting to any length while eliminating the need for field drilling.
Strong load support is accomplished with distinctive I-beam-shaped rungs. Each rung is connected to the rail using a specially designed and finished rung fastener, providing a rung pullout rating of over 3,000 lbs. Rungs are also vibration tested for added confidence.
For unrivaled expandability, Redi-Rail features a comprehensive assortment of accessories, including Rail-Risers(TM), which provide an additional two inches of fill-depth where additional fill area is required. Outboard rungs can also be attached, allowing you, for example, to run telecom and electrical cables along the same system, saving time, space and money.
Redi-Rail offers unmatched support options, accommodating trapeze, center hung or wall mounting brackets along with hanger rod clamps, which attach to any open hole at the bottom of the rail. The hanger rod clamp's single-bolt attachment allows the tray to swivel vertically tip to 45 degrees and is tested for tray loads up to 115 lbs./ft.
Redi-Rail is available in 2-, 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-inch fill depths and 6-, 9-, 12-, 18-, 24-, 30- and 36-inch widths. Redi-Rail comes in ladder, ventilated and solid bottom options.
