WebSphere Business Integration for Financial Networks is a business integration platform that serves as a messaging hub from which any number of financial applications can share centralized message-processing services, especially services that provide centralized access to various financial networks such as the SWIFT Secure IP Network (SIPN), FEDNET, RadianzNet, JASDEC, BOJ-NET, RTGSplus, Fedwire, CHIPS, and EBA STEP2.
WebSphere Business Integration for Financial Networks for Multiplatforms V1.2 provides the following functional enhancements valuable to wholesale banking and financial markets.
· Configuration, administration, operation, and monitoring of SWIFTAlliance Gateways (SAGs) V5.0
· Messaging of SWIFTNet FIN with FIN batching, specifically defined by SWIFTNet FIN Protocol V2.1
· FileAct and InterAct as new SWIFTNet services in addition to SWIFTNet FIN service
· Configuration of SAG Multi-Active for SAG high availability
· Message validation for SWIFT Common Group and System messages
· Configuration of multiple FN instances, business organizational units (OUs), and FIN logical terminals (LTs)
