March 13, 2003 - The ARPAC Group, innovators of shrink packaging and corrugated packaging equipment for over 70 years, will feature their two leading shrink wrapping systems for the pharmaceutical and health & beauty industries at the InterPhex Pharmaceutical Show, booth # 581 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, March 31 - April 2,
2003.

Designed specifically for the health and beauty industry, the Model 708HB-16 shrink bundler, multi-packs at speeds up to 30 bundles per minute and is capable of shrink wrapping products in a variety of multi-pack configurations thanks to multi-row collation capabilities. This stainless steel machine derives its compact design; clean operation and other unique features from a revolutionary motorized pulley drive system. Highly compact, brushless DC motors eliminate the need for separate drive motors, chains and belts.

The Model TS37 continuous motion side-seal wrapper will also be featured. Capable of speeds up to 80 packages per minute, the TS37 is ideally suited for cosmetics and other applications where attention to aesthetics is essential. The unique trim seal unit keeps package graphics distortion free by forming strong, neat seals extremely close to the sides of the product. The TS37 wraps products of infinite length and now features a quick-change height adjustment for products up to eight inches tall. The TS37 offers interchangeable horizontal and vertical sealing, along with an adjustable film inverter, which eliminates the need for multiple forming heads or expensive centerfold film.
