Brushless Servo Amplifier is field configurable.

Press Release Summary:

BX25A20 outputs 25 Amps peak, 12.5 Amps continuous, and operates off 60 to 200 Vdc. Dipswitches enable user to change current scaling and mode of operation. Second set of dipswitches allows operator to configure active fault level, inhibit/enable, and latching/non-latching faults. Unit operates in current, open loop, encoder velocity, Hall velocity and tachometer velocity modes. It includes 1500 Vdc isolation, and is CE compliant and UL recognized.

FIELD CONFIGURABLE BRUSHLESS SERVO AMPLIFIER

Camarillo, CA...Advanced Motion Controls announces the availability of our new BX family of servo amplifiers. The BX25A20 outputs 25 Amps peak 12.5 Amps continuous and operates off 60-200 VDC. Dipswitches enable the user to change current scaling and mode of operation. These units operate in current, open loop, encoder velocity, Hall velocity and tachometer velocity modes. A second set of dipswitches allows the operator to configure the following in the field: active fault level, inhibit/enable, and latching/non-latching faults. It is also possible to configure the unit such that an inhibit condition does not toggle the fault output. 1500 VDC isolation is standard on all units. A 200 mA output is available to power the motor's Hall and encoder so a separate supply is not needed. Units are CE compliant and UL recognized. Typical applications include: medical equipment, semiconductor fabrication equipment, material handling equipment and robotic systems.
