New Lower Cost BLDCmotor(TM) Boasts Improved Performance

DOVER, NH - EADmotors' new brushless DC servomotor boosts performance by 15 percent and saves significant costs compared to traditional brushless DC motors.

The new NEMA size 23 BLDCmotor achieves speeds to 10,000 rpm with continuous torque rated up to 53 oz-in. and power output up to 150 watts. Winding options include rated voltages from 12Vdc to 160Vdc. Available in three stack lengths, this compact motor allows for easy integration into tight system spaces and is compatible with all three-phase brushless DC amplifiers.

High quality construction features ensure up to 10,000 hours of continuous operation in most high-speed applications. Permanently lubricated ball bearings and totally enclosed motor housings extend motor service life. Dynamically balanced rotors reduce audible noise and vibration.

Specially engineered options are available to suit customer application requirements including windings, stack lengths, shaft modifications, shielded cables and connectors, optical encoders and turnkey assemblies. Motors are also offered as rotor/stator sets.

The new BLDCmotor delivers high-speed precision control and longer service life in a wide variety of applications. Suggested uses include medical instruments, semiconductor equipment, robotics, antenna position, X-Y and rotary positioning equipment, and a wide range of control devices.
