BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. has increased its manufacturing and stocking capabilities in order to make BRECOprotect® available as stock, thus decreasing lead times significantly. BRECOprotect® pitches for open ended and spliced and welding versions are available in T10, T20, AT5, AT10, AT15, AT20, and F3. Furthermore, you can get any pitch with a K6 or K13 solid self-tracking guide. They will ship directly from our Eatontown, New Jersey headquarters to customers throughout North, Central and South America.
BRECOprotect® timing belts are for use in food processing and pharmaceutical applications. The AU1 blue polyurethane is FDA approved for direct food contact and pharmaceutical contact. BRECOprotect® sets itself apart from other food grade belts because it features fully encapsulated tension members which are 100% hydrolysis resistant and impervious to moisture or corrosion. This makes it best suited for the stringent cleaning and wash-down processes often found in food applications. Further, unlike other food grade belts featuring Kevlar® tension members, BRECOprotect® offers the strength, stiffness and accuracy of carbon steel or stainless steel. It is the longer lasting and most highly recommended timing belt for all food processing and FDA applications and the better choice over standard TPU AU1 belts.
