Press Release Summary:
Available in 1-, 2-, and 3-pole options with B-, C-, and D-trip curves, TMC 8 series provides fundamental branch circuit protection. These 17 mm DIN rail-mounted breakers, with interrupt capacity of 10 kA IC at up to 277/480 Vac and 125 Vdc, safely open circuits during overload and short-circuit events to prevent wiring from causing fires. While trip-free design increases safety against closing during overcurrent event, snap-action mechanism eliminates contact welding and reduces contact wear.
