BR Series
The BR series is designed in a modular structure which accommodates a wide range of ratios, input and output flanges, multi-disk brakes, accessories and customized solutions.
The gears are manufactured in 18 NiCrMo 5, then carburized, hardened, and tempered. The shafts are in a case hardened alloy steel or hardened and tempered high alloy steel; depending on the size. The housing is constructed of cast iron GGG 60.
The BR series is available in sizes 100 through 15000 and ratios from 3:1 through 3000:1.
Torque ratings of the gearbox are from 450 to 500,000 ft.lbs. Available options for the unit include a cylindrical or splined output shaft (male or female), and flange or foot mounts.
