Booster Systems suit aircraft ground support applications.

Press Release Summary:

Available in 1- and 2-stage models, portable nitrogen booster systems include automatic stop feature (activated when gas supply pressure drops to minimum inlet rating). Turnkey systems can be operated by one person. Designed to operate from one gas source, regulator with gauge operates boosters' drive sections at pressures to 145 psi. Single stage models are for use in nitrogen charging to 3,000 psi; 2-stage models are for use in charging to 6,000 psi.

New Nitrogen Booster Systems for Aircraft Ground Support Use

Erie, PA - October 10, 2002 - A complete line of nitrogen booster systems is now available from MAXPRO Technologies. These lightweight, portable systems are designed for use in a number of aircraft ground support applications including high pressure on-board nitrogen bottles on aircraft equipped with inflatable "pop floats", tire filling, shock strut servicing and pre-charging hydraulic accumulators. MAXPRO nitrogen booster systems are available in single and two-stage models and include an automatic stop feature that is activated when the gas supply pressure drops to the minimum inlet rating. These turnkey, packaged systems do not require an electrical connection and are easily operated by one person.

Both the single and two-stage models are designed to operate from a single gas source. A regulator with gauge is provided to operate the drive section of the booster at pressures to 145 psi. The single stage model is for use in nitrogen charging to 3,000 psi; the two-stage model is for use in charging to 6,000 psi. All MAXPRO nitrogen booster systems feature a gas regulator with 0-300 psi rated pressure gauge and relief valve limits drive section rated to 145 psi. They also include a manual start and stop valve, gas inlet gauge rated for 0-3,000 psi, a 1/2" FNPT gas inlet and a 1/4" FNPT gas outlet.

MAXPRO Technologies offers a complete line of Maximator® air driven liquid pumps, air amplifiers, and gas boosters.
