Bombardier Aerospace Selects Dukes Aerospace, Inc. Cowl Anti Ice Valve


Bombardier Aerospace has selected Dukes Aerospace, Inc. to manufacture and support the Cowl Anti Ice Valve for its new production CRJ-200 regional jets. The 5399-00-3 Cowl Anti Ice Valve is a 1.5" Piston Valve that is based on the highly successful 5399-00-1 Cowl Anti Ice Valve Dukes sells to CRJ-100 and 200 operators worldwide.

Over 1,000 CRJ-200's and its -100 and -440 variants have been delivered to airlines making it the most popular regional jet ever. In addition, the new Dukes valve will be used on Bombardier's Challenger series aircraft.

There are over 1,400 CRJ Cowl Anti Ice Valves operating at regional airlines, large airlines, and corporate operators. Dukes also manufactures regional jet cowl anti ice valves for the BAE Systems Avro/BAe-146, Dornier328JET, and the Embraer ERJ-135/145 aircraft.
