Bliss Former Accommodates Hundreds of Bliss Designs and Reaches Speeds Up to 2100 Bliss Cases per Hour
(July 23, 2003 - Reedley, CA) - The 3-piece bliss style case offers the ultimate in creative case designs and SWF's compact and portable BF 400V Bliss-Matic forms hundreds of bliss style cases at speeds up to 2100 cases per hour.
With the strength of a solid bottom, the BF 400V is widely used in the dairy, produce, prepared foods and meat / poultry industries. Featuring a purely mechanical design, the BF 400V has no sensitive micro switches and valves to worry about. It is all mechanical, with no air required, thus reducing maintenance to a minimum.
The standard BF 400V requires only 30 minutes for changeovers. Where faster changeovers are required, SWF offers a "Kwik-Change" model (BF 400VK), which can be changed over in under 15 minutes. Furthermore, a wide base model (BF 600V or VK) is also available to accommodate larger bliss designs.
The BF 400V's hopper design provides for fast, convenient refill of the blanks. The body hopper can accept 85-100 blanks and large capacity hoppers are available that hold up to 600 blanks. Each end hopper can accept up to 250 side or end panels, while all hoppers adjust quickly and easily to accommodate different blank sizes.
A variety of attachments and add-ons are also available to increase the versatility of the BF 400V. These include such features as an automatic HSC lidding attachment, rollover display feature and depending upon how much stacking strength a shipping case requires, internal flange and the diagonal corner attachments are available. Other available options include vacuum feed system, large capacity glue pots, cold glue system, pressurized glue systems and a horizontal powered hopper.
