The high accuracy, Process Sensors bench type design model BBS 1150, blackbody calibration source, features high emissivity of +0.995, a large 2" diameter aperture and a superior uniformly heated spherical cavity.
Model BBS1150 blackbody calibration source offers a wide temperature range from 200°C to 1150°C and is controlled by a precision PID controller that provides user selectable push buttons, allowing for quick and simple adjustment of the desired set point temperature.
The model BBS 1150 will attain the set point temperature and stabilize to produce a temperature reading to within 0.5°C, assuring high accuracy
calibration of non-contact infrared thermometers, thermal imaging camera systems, single element & focal plane array detectors, spectrophotometers, heat flux meters and laser systems etc.
