New Bimetal Bandsaw Blade for Pallet Recyclers Cuts Twice As Long As Carbon Steel

Bahco Milford's new bimetal pallet dismantling bandsaw blade gives pallet recyclers up to twice the life of traditional carbon blades at just 30% greater cost. Designed to cut deck boards from stringers, the "Kron" Pallet bandsaw blade features a durable bimetal construction for greater bandsaw productivity and less downtime. The tough bimetal blade withstands the cutting heat that quickly destroys the temper of carbon steel blades traditionally used to cut wood pallets and skids. It also stands up to the shock of interrupted cuts in pallets.

The "Kron" Pallet blade combats the tooth-stripping and body cracking commonly encountered with carbon steel blades. It has shock-resistant Matrix tool steel teeth beam-welded to a heat-resistant spring steel back. The special tooth geometry and combination tooth pitch also counter vibration for longer life and improved throughput. A light tooth set minimizes wood loss.

The "Kron" Pallet blade is 1 ¼" wide, with a 5/8" tpi and available in lengths from 10'6" to 24'6".
