New PD50 Bi-Directional Product Conveyor aids in more efficient and ergonomic product packing.
BELCOR Industries Inc. develops a better way to present products for packing, with the new PD50, bi-directional product conveyor and accumulation table. The PD50 marks the next generation of convenient and ergonomic accumulation solutions. Items are conveyed and accumulated on the PD50, presenting themselves to the packer - always within easy reach. The operator controls the quantity of product accumulated and the speed of the product conveying. As a result, the PD50 offers flexibility and control not provided by conventional accumulation tables, making for more efficient packing and better ergonomics.
With a variable-speed motor and speed differential belts, the PD50 ensures items such as pouches, cartons, cans, bottles, and similar products are conveyed continuously and precisely to the operator. Packers are never left waiting for product, since the bi-directional conveyor deck allows for better and more consistent accumulation. The PD50's pedestal style base, small footprint, angle-adjustable table-top and adjustable height all facilitate more ergonomic packing, making it easy for operators to "stay on top" of the products being packed.
The PD50 is also available with a longer conveyor deck, for use when multiple packers are required.

The PD50 is constructed with heavy duty, corrosion resistant materials, including stainless steel, powder-coated and zinc plated components and all stainless steel fasteners. The unique pedestal mount allows the product to be presented close to the operator. The small size footprint means the PD50 can fit in areas with limited floor space.
