Bezeq Selects ClickSoftware for Optimized Scheduling Operations
Israel's National Telecommunications Provider Optimizes Private Sector Services
BURLINGTON, Massachusetts, August 16// --ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (NasdaqSC: CKSW), a leading provider of workforce and service optimization solutions, today announced a new licensing and service agreement with Bezeq, Israel's national telecommunications provider.
Bezeq has purchased ClickSoftware's ClickSchedule and ClickAnalyze solutions to optimize the scheduling operations of several hundred technicians responsible for residential break/fix, installation and maintenance work nationwide. The solution will help the telco move to a more efficient dispatching model and expand their operations.

"The ClickSchedule application will enable us to handle dispatching centrally, giving us more control over what goes on in the field. The solution also enables the automation of some of our processes, resulting in even greater efficiencies which will support our plans to expand our range of service offerings and handle the growing demand for work with our existing field force."
