PACE® Introduces New X-ray Inspection System
PACE® is pleased to introduce the XR 3000 X-Ray Inspection System into its line of BGA/CSP Rework products. The XR 3000 contains a powerful 50Kv X-Ray tube and patented camera technology that can detect rework anomalies such as incomplete reflow, cold solder joints, missing solder balls, bridges, voids and other irregularities as small as .001" in size. The XR 3000 features a 40X zoom camera, image capture, frame averaging, and gain adjustment. The system comes standard with a PCB fixture for repeatable inspections and a special pallet for holding small PCBs. The XR 3000 is the only X-ray inspection system designed for the bench top that can be fully integrated through software with the TF 3000, PACE's BGA/CSP rework station. The XR 3000 coupled with the TF 3000 is your complete BGA/CSP rework solution. The XR 3000 can also be used as a stand- alone unit and comes with an LCD video monitor for image viewing.
