Belzberg Technologies Brings its BestX Smart Order Routing Technology to Canada

TORONTO, February 14, 2007 - Belzberg Technologies Inc. (TSE:BLZ) today announced that it will provide a Best Canadian Market Gateway to its client base by the end of Q1, 2007. This product - the newest member of Belzberg's BestX suite of smart order routing products - will allow Canadian customers to satisfy best market regulatory requirements at no additional cost on front-end systems and FIX connections. The product will also include options for advanced algorithms and BestX international routing, from the same platform for an additional fee. This technology goes beyond what is being offered in Canada at the present time.
Starting in Q2, the Belzberg Technologies BestX suite will include Best North American Market routing, seamless F/X Auto-Hedge trading, and Canadian versions of its U.S. VWAP, TWAP, and trade slice algorithms as add-on features.
