The Powr Mate(TM) uses four heavy-duty deep cycle golf car type batteries, in series to provide a 24 volt unit which has an on-board, capacity-matched charger. The Powr Mate(TM) can be plugged into any 15-amp 120 volt AC outlet to eliminate the need for a remote, centralized charging area. Engineered for safety, this gelled electrolyte battery is spillproof, leakproof and significantly reduces gassing and corrosion.
The Powr Mate's(TM) use of heavy-duty deep cycle golf car gel batteries enables superior performance compared to similar power packs using smaller sealed valve-regulated lead-acid battery types.
