Lithium Battery Packs Last Up To 7 Years In Door Locks
A new line of lithium/manganese dioxide battery packs for card reader door locks that last up to seven years to reduce swap-out requirements is being introduced by Generation Electronics, Inc. of Lowell, Massachusetts.
Generation Lithium Door Lock Battery Packs feature up to 4 times the power of alkaline batteries and operate over a -40°F to 140°F range, making them ideal for a variety of environments. Designed to last up to seven years, depending upon the application, standard and custom 3, 6, and 9-Volt packs
are offered to fit Saflok , Ilco® and other popular card reader door locks.
Generation lithium/manganese dioxide door lock battery packs are available in addition to a full range of conventional chemistries in styles ranging from a single AA alkaline cell to multiple cells, utilizing Duracel®, Eveready@, Rayovac, and other power sources.
