Woburn, Massachusetts. Adcour is pleased to announce the availability of the ASTRATEC BATTERY INTEGRITY MONITOR, The BIM1 is fully automatic and continuously monitors battery systems for early warning of battery faults or failures.
The unique BIM1 checks the battery every 15 minutes, measuring the battery system's voltage and impedance. In addition, the BIM1 provides a signal if the battery is ever removed from the system.
The BIM1 is available for systems from 12 to 120 volts. Models are available for local or remote alarm indication. The unit is easy to install with two wire connections. Once connected the unit uses a sophisticated software program to automatically start the setup process. There is no need for any calibration or other adjustments.
