LARGO, FL--AMETEK Test & Calibration Instruments has launched an upgraded Batch Tester software program for fast, efficient, large-scale automation in materials testing. The new version includes even greater flexibility in terms of automation and reporting as well as many of the advanced security features found on the Company's latest version of the powerful NEXYGEN(TM) MT parent software.
Batch Tester automates the large-scale testing of raw materials and finished products using the latest LLOYD INSTRUMENTS® testing machines and CHATILLON® test stands. New features include additional drop down boxes for easy set up, auto log-off after test completion as well as the ability to select automatic displays of graphs, batch data or SPC charts at the end of each test.
For greater operator and data security, all users must have prior supervisor approval, and user access is restricted once a batch test is in operation. Results are automatically stored in accessible files for comprehensive analysis and reporting in NEXYGEN and familiar Microsoft packages.
