ROCHESTER HILLS, MI -- March 2, 2004 -- Unibar Inc., bar code software manufacturer, today announced that its BARCODE 2000 label printing software now supports the popular IBM Label printers used extensively in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Now customers can use BARCODE 2000 to print labels on the IBM 4400 Thermal Printer Series, models IBM 4400-004, IBM 4400-006 and IBM 4400-008 for various label sizes.

BARCODE 2000 runs on IBM's Intel processor-based series of x-Series Servers, for Linux and Microsoft applications, as well as IBM p-Series Servers for AIX applications. The BARCODE 2000 server-based bar code software prints bar-coded shipping and other production labels on the IBM series of printers. BARCODE 2000 is easily integrated with applications and databases.
