8" x 13" Horizontal Bandsaw, Model 7014
Wilton Machinery, your leading manufacturer for Industrial Metalworking products, has added a new 8" x 13" horizontal bandsaw, model 7014, to its current line of sawing equipment. This new horizontal saw is built to deliver fast, accurate cutting on all types of material.
Designed with the operator in mind and ease of operation, this saw comes standard with a rapid acting vise which allows miter cutting to 45 degrees, as well as a conveniently located control panel and an accessible coolant system for increased productivity and efficiency.
The model 7014 has adjustable ball bearing and carbide guides along with carbide pads to insure proper blade alignment and built to deliver consistent accuracy with each and every cut.
The heavy duty, rigid steel and cast iron construction of the head and base, provides full blade support and eliminates any vibration and deflection for a quiet operation.
The deluxe work stop is adjustable two ways: for work piece length and work piece width. This machine can accurately handle both small and large work pieces which allows for accurate repetition of cuts while increasing through put.
The blade installs easily and quickly from the top of the machine for faster blade changes and greater operator safety. The unit is also equipped with a blade tension indicator to insure proper blade tension and performance. For maximum blade
