New True Double-Column Band Saw from PETRA Machines Ltd.
PETRA Machines Ltd from Ljubljana Slovenia will demonstrate its entirely new family of True Dual-Column Band Saw at EMO 2005 in Hannover.
While designed from scratch, every engineering detail was carefully studied and benchmarked against the best in its class.
The Dual Column assures auperior structural rigidity. A Patent Pending solution for precise, parallel movement of the frame along the columns provide superior fine movement of the frame eliminating both the influence of the center of gravity and cutting forces on the frame while greatly reducing the total weight of the machine and also minimizing the inherent vibrations.
