Scotchman® Industries is pleased to announce the addition of the FH 1016 Band Saw to their Metal Fabricating Solutions. This FH 1016 is a horizontal band saw with a fixed head and a mitering vise. This high quality band saw is made in America, with standard features and equipment including a 1" blade controlled with carbide guides and preset blade tensioning, along with a power blade cleaning brush. The FH 1016 has a 2HP infinite variable speed drive motor, with speeds from 105 to 275 fpm. Its capacity is 10" x 16" at 90° and 10" x 10 3/4" at 45°. The hydraulics feature fine adjustment of the head feed control, quick approach and head hold for easy line up of marks. Included in the flood coolant system is a wash down hose for easy cleanup.
