DTIC Multi-Pump Dispensers are closed-loop positive displacement systems that alert the operator or a remote system if the volume dispensed from each pump does not equal the volume programmed. Developed for handling multiple liquids and gases, these fully automatic systems are tailored to customer application requirements and include custom software which lets the user vary the shot size dispensed as well as the dispensing speed.
Featuring easy-to-use programmable controllers, DTIC Multi-Pump Dispensers are suitable for liquids ranging from the viscosity of water to millions of cps. Designed to dispense from microliters to 10 liters/minute or better, with greater than 1% repeatability if required, dispensers are available with or without a cover for easy integration into existing systems.
