ACME SERIES S9000 AUTOMATIC CHANGEOVER MANIFOLD
The Series S9000 is designed to eliminate system downtime by ensuring uninterrupted gas flow from two or more compressed gas cylinders.
Available remote audio and visual alarms, and indicating lights provide added convenience and enhance system integrity.
The Series 9000 is available in either Brass or Stainless steel models.
SYSTEM OPERATION
Once cylinders have been installed, the Changeover Manifold will first accept flow from the predetermined primary bank. A lever will point to the primary bank so users can identify it.
When the primary bank reaches a preset pressure, the reserve bank automatically takes over. To replace an empty cylinder, the operator simply turns the control lever 180 degrees to the opposite side to switch priority. This step allows the unit to reset itself.
