Sinks don't wash hands...Clean Tech® systems do!

The Model 400

In-Counter or Wall Mount Installation - In-counter is standard. Wall mount is optional.

Compliance Monitor - Not only does CleanTech® perform the wash so you know it's being performed correctly, but it also provides a cycle counter so that handwashing frequency can be easily verified for your SSOP, HACCP, and GMP programs.

Solutions Flow Monitor - Indicates solution flow.

Clogged Drain - Water will not be sprayed from cylinders during the rinse portion of the cycle if the water drain is clogged to prevent water overflow.

Cylinder Rotation Limit - The cylinders will easily stop rotation if an object impedes their rotation.

Standard Electrical and Plumbing Connections - CleanTech systems rely on the same hot and cold water supplies and water drain as required with a standard handwash sink, with the addition of an electrical outlet. Water inlets should be 3/8 inch or larger, 40 p.s.i. and 4 g.p.m. minimum. The system draws only 2 amps of electricity at 110 volts.

Water-Resistant - The CleanTech® 400 can be installed in wet, cold environments where sanitation is performed. The system uses water-resistant componentry (NEMA 4x or 6 rated).

OPTIONS:

No-Touch Faucet - Operates independently of the system. Ultrasonic sensor activates water flow.

Wall Mount Configuration - Enables system to be mounted to a wall rather than in a counter.

Solutions Housing - Solution containers are stored inside this housing behind an easy-to-remove solutions access door.

Stainless Steel Table - Custom designed for the Model 400 it is 25" wide x 23-3/4" deep x 38-1/2" high.

MAINTENANCE:
Replacing Solutions - Replace solution containers as indicated by the Solutions Flow Monitor.

Screen Cleaning - Remove and clean water screens on the hot and cold water inlets every six months or if water flow is reduced.

System Sanitizing - All water drains including sink and floor drains should be sanitized at least weekly, preferably daily with quaternary ammonium, iodophor, sodium hypochlorite (bleach) or other hard surface disinfectant. This can be easily performed by spraying or pouring 30 ml or more into the system's cylinders.

Cylinder Replacement - Mineral deposits will build up on cylinder nozzles, reducing solution and water flow. After approximately 30,000 to 50,000 handwashes, the Solutions Flow Monitor indicates empty containers even though there is solution in the containers. The cylinders should be replaced at that time. Contact Meritech for information on its inexpensive and convenient cylinder recycling program.

ACCESSORIES:

Four-Gallon External Booster Water Heater - This 110 VAC 1500 watt heater is ideal for applications where the hot water heater is a long distance from the CleanTech system or where hot water lines travel through cold areas. It provides 16 warm washes and replenishes hot water in 15 minutes.
