Authentidate Introduces Beta Version of TrueBlue(TM), a Powerful Web-Based Service Offering Secure Document Exchange, Electronic Signature and Content Authentication Capabilities

TrueBlue Offers an Unprecedented Combination of Service Features Including Secure Online Document Exchange, e-Signatures, Content Authentication and Acknowledgment of Receipt

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, N.J., Nov. 2 // -- Authentidate Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:ADAT), a worldwide provider of secure enterprise workflow management solutions today announced the beta launch of TrueBlue, its new web-based electronic document authentication and exchange service, primarily targeted at office professionals in a variety of sectors such as education, financial services, government, healthcare, insurance, legal and other document intensive industries. Initially developed as a narrower application for the legal community, TrueBlue has evolved substantially as a result of earlier trials conducted with law firms in South Carolina.

As a purely web-based offering, TrueBlue brings together the power of online communications with a number of essential workflow features that can be flexibly combined and applied to a wide variety of uses. Instead of sending documents overnight, electronic documents can be executed with TrueBlue's e- signature capabilities, and securely delivered online with optional services such as authenticating content using the United States Postal Service(R) Electronic Postmark(R), verifying the identity of recipients, acknowledging receipt of documents and verifying the integrity of documents delivered to recipients. Such features enable the secure execution of contracts or agreements between multiple parties and the creation of verifiable records of important transactions, while also offering the convenience of real-time delivery and tracking of execution status. TrueBlue can also be used for the content authentication and verification of important documents created everyday within enterprises, such as support for intellectual property protection and a variety of financial transactions.

"The beta launch of TrueBlue represents a major step toward commercializing our secure workflow management technology in the office environment," stated Suren Pai, President and Chief Executive Officer of Authentidate. He added, "With TrueBlue, we have created a unique and powerful online service as a highly efficient alternative to overnight document delivery that also offers both integrity of delivered content and acknowledgment of its receipt. We are excited about bringing this innovation to market, and we expect that users will find creative applications for this service beyond just the execution of contract documents. This beta trial should help us fine-tune our offering and prioritize our target applications."

TrueBlue is being offered as a free service to users during the beta trial period planned over the next few months, and a commercial release is targeted for the first half of calendar 2007. To register to use this service, or for more information on TrueBlue, please visit truebluehub.com/
