ATK to Feature Satellite Products and Capabilities at the Satellite 2013 Conference and Exhibition

"ViviSat" Satellite Servicing Technology Highlighted
ARLINGTON, Va. - ATK (NYSE: ATK) will exhibit its expanded satellite products and capabilities including small satellite platforms and in-orbit servicing at the Satellite 2013 Conference and Exhibition in Washington, D.C., on March 18-21, 2013. ATK will be located at Booth #9039 in the exhibit hall at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
Visitors to the ATK exhibit have the opportunity to learn more about these innovative technologies through videos, animation and product model displays. ATK subject matter experts will also be available to answer any questions and provide additional information.
With nearly three decades of experience in government and commercial space programs, ATK's Space Systems Division recently expanded its premier product line of small satellites to address the changing needs of today's space market. ATK's demonstrated capability to build small satellites quickly and effectively positions the company as a leader in new space markets, including complex in-orbit satellite servicing missions.
ViviSat, the only U.S.-based provider of in-orbit servicing, will display satellite servicing capabilities at the ATK booth. A joint venture of ATK and U.S. Space LLC, ViviSat is a low-risk in-orbit mission extension and protection service that can add several years to the revenue-producing life of a satellite. ViviSat also provides significant, flexible hosted payload capability.
Jim Armor, ATK vice president of Strategy and Business Development, will represent ViviSat as a panelist during the "Satellite Life Extension: Reaching for the Holy Grail" discussion, which takes place on Wednesday, March 20, at 3:15 p.m.

   - The ATK A Series Satellite Bus Platforms Product Line: A100, A200, A500 and A700 with elevated platforms of A150, A250 and A550
   - A ViviSat video demonstration
   - Updates on current programs
