Astellia's CEM Solution Finalist in telecoms.com Awards
Rennes, France –Â Astellia, leading provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, today announced that its Nova solution has been nominated in the category ‘CEM’ at the telecoms.com awards.
Astellia's CEM solution provides operators’ marketing and customer service departments with 360° analytical, reporting and investigation capabilities. It is the only CEM solution in the market which allows troubleshooting problems and identifying of the root cause.
The solution consists of 2 applications: Nova Care and Nova Customer Analytics. Nova Care enables customer service departments to treat any customer complaint allowing operators to reduce Average Handling Time (AHT) and increase First Call Resolution (FCR). Nova Customer Analytics helps mobile operators gain a better understanding of customer usage pattern, follow QoE for key customers, detect potential churners as well as guarantee Service Level Agreements for the enterprise market.

The telecoms.com awards will be independently judged by a panel of leading experts from GSA, Ovum, Northstream, Weightless SIG and IET, Strategy Analytics and Coleago Consulting. The winners will be announced on December 4th 2014.
