Original Press Release:

Special antenna cables for Bluetooth® transmission

Axon' Cable has recently developed a range of miniature coaxial cables to meet the electrical standards of wireless protocols such as Bluetooth® or IEEE802.11. These high-performance coaxials transmit up to 6 GHz with either single or double braids to connect transmitter/receiver antennas to the circuit board (card?). Expertise from the design of RF cables and connectors, together with the manufacture of coaxial cables with diameters from 0.20 mm to 30 mm, enables Axon' Cable to guarantee the electrical perfomance and EMI characteristics.

Using materials such as PTFE, FEP or Celloflon® (patented porous PTFE), Axon' Cable offers complete finished assemblies that carry high performance dielectrics with excellent heat resistance (+ 150° C).

In addition to coaxial cables for wireless applications, Axon' Cable has a wide range of PicoCoaxà cables from AWG 32 to 40 which have been specially designed for notebook applications.
