Angstron Materials to Deliver Technical Presentation at Third Korea Graphene Industry Workshop
DAYTON, Ohio - Angstron Materials Inc., will demonstrate the capability of its nano graphene platelets for commercial applications of graphene-based material at the 3rd Korea Graphene Industry Workshop on Nov. 6, 2012 at Johnson Hall, Korea Institute of Science and Technology in Seoul. Dr. Bor Jang, co-owner of Angstron and holder of 42 graphene-based IP publications, will present Industrial Production of Graphene: Challenges and Opportunities.
Angstron specializes in helping companies engineer graphene solutions with mechanical, electrical and conductive performance advantages. The advanced materials company partners with customers throughout the commercialization process from initial screening to market launch. Hosted by Energy Economics News, Dongjin Semichem Ltd., the Ministry of Knowledge and Economy and KIST, the Workshop draws leaders from universities, research institutes and industries to discuss graphene-based applications and strategies for commercialization.
Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio (U.S.) Angstron Materials is the world's largest producer of nano graphene platelets (also called NGPs) and the only manufacturer able to produce pristine graphene. Angstron offers six different graphene products, both oxide and pristine, in varying thicknesses and dimensions. The manufacturer also works with companies and researchers to select the right material, functionalize it and provide access to critical process efficiencies. Angstron's graphene is suited to a wide range of markets including applications for energy, aerospace and composites.
