ANADIGICS' HELP(TM)4 Power Amplifiers Enable Several New ZTE Android Smartphones
WARREN, N.J. - ANADIGICS, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANAD), a world leader in radio frequency (RF) solutions, today announced that the Company is shipping production volumes of its AWT6621, AWT6624, AWT6625A, and AWT6628A fourth generation High-Efficiency-at-Low-Power (HELP(TM)4) power amplifiers (PAs) to ZTE for the V889D, V788D, N788, N910, and PF200 smartphones. The V788D, N788, N910, and PF200 feature a 3.5-inch screen, 5 megapixel camera, and Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The impressive V889D delivers a 4-inch screen and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
The ZTE V889D is powered by the AWT6621 and AWT6628A power amplifiers and V788D is enabled by the AWT6621 power amplifier. ZTE's N788 features ANADIGICS' AWT6625A power amplifier. The N910 is powered by the AWT6624. The PF200 is powered by the AWT6624.

The AWT6621, AWT6624, AWT6625A, and AWT6628A power amplifiers deliver industry-leading efficiency in WCMDA, HSPA and HSPA+ systems. This level of performance helps to extend battery life in handsets, smart phones, tablets, netbooks, and notebooks.
