AMDOCS Signs Extension and Expansion to Agreement with AT&T Services


ST. LOUIS, MO - January 10, 2008 - Amdocs (NYSE: DOX) today announced it has signed an agreement with AT&T Services Inc. to provide application management services in support of AT&T's legacy customer care and billing platforms beginning later this year. This is a significant expansion of an existing seven-year agreement signed in April 2007 under which Amdocs manages the provider's legacy ordering and wholesale platforms. This AT&T agreement is one of the significant deals anticipated by the Company for fiscal 2008.
