Lincoln Electric's SuperGlaze(TM) Aluminum MIG Wire now Available in Recyclable 200 lb. Box
Cleveland, Ohio - Now available in a 100 percent recyclable container, Lincoln Electric's premium SuperGlaze(TM) aluminum MIG wire provides added convenience to the purchaser. When the product is used up, the operator just has to remove the ring, cardboard core and corner supports, collapse the box and then throw everything in the appropriate recycle bin. It's recyclable, environmentally friendly, and easy to dispose of when used.
The SuperGlaze premium aluminum MIG wire in the Accu-Pak box features our Accu-Trak(TM) precision wire delivery system. One benefit of this winding technology is accurate, twist-free wire placement in the arc. In addition, this winding method is designed to eliminate wire flipping during feeding, which is especially important in robotic or automatic welding applications.
The new 200-pound Accu-Pak(TM) box is initially available in 3/64" diameter for the 5356 aluminum alloy electrode type. To aid moving the box around the shop, the package features a lifting strap to easily move the box from using any common forklift.
The Accu-Pak recyclable box contains the same premium SuperGlaze aluminum MIG wire electrode customers have come to expect from Lincoln. It is manufactured under a patented process to provide a stable arc, smooth surface finish and controlled diameter. SuperGlaze virtually eliminates the problems usually associated with aluminum wire such as birdnesting, tangling and burnback.
This latest Accu-Pak box joins the 500-pound and 1,000-pound boxes available for Lincoln's SuperArc(TM) steel wire.
